2. Issue notice to Respondent No. 2, returnable on 15.01.2024.

3. The substantive sentence awarded by the Trial Court and confirmed by the first Appellate Court is hereby suspended until further orders on condition that the Applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- in this Court within a period of three weeks from today and on furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
