Mr. Sardesai appearing for the Applicant submits that an amount of Rs.50,000/- was already deposited on 06.12.2023. However, there is no endorsement appearing in the farad.

2. Mr. Sardesai submits that the Applicant is ready and willing to deposit the balance amount in installments so as to compound the offence.

3. Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 2 agrees for compounding of the offence subject to the payment of the amount awarded as compensation.
