The learned Counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, submits that the applicant is willing to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,63,750/-, to the respondent, for which he has handed over two Demand Drafts to Mr. Kenkre, learned Counsel for the respondent today. Considering that Mr. Kenkre seeks time to take instructions regarding compounding. List the matter on 11/03/2024.
