The petitioner is seeking correction in the scheme implemented under the Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Land Holdings Act. Though in the petition, he seeks a writ of mandamus directing his application/representation to be considered, as is being pointed out, he has already preferred statutory appeal under the Act together with application for condonation of delay purportedly filed in the month of November 2023.

The writ petition is disposed of leaving the petitioner to prosecute the remedy which he has already availed.
