Mr Lobo submits that he is not appearing in the said matter and did not even file vakalatnama for the respondents. However, his name appears in the order dated 24.7.2024 and appeared in today's roznama signed on behalf of the Registrar(Judicial).

2. Record shows that Mr Lobo has not filed his vakalatnama hence correction of the orders dated 24.7.2024 and 28.8.2024 is necessary.

3. Delete the name of Mr J. Lobo, Advocate appearing for the respondents from both orders. Corrections to be carried out in the original order and the corrected order be uploaded. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
