1] After arguing the writ petition for sometime the learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions of the petitioner no.1 who is present in Court has tendered an undertaking wherein it is stated that an amount of Rs 10 lakhs would be deposited with the respondent no.1 - Society by 25/01/2025. It is further stated that on failure to pay this amount, possession of the premises in question would be handed over to respondent no.2. The learned counsel submits that the undertaking on behalf of petitioner no.2 shall be filed within a period of one week from today. Statement accepted.
