2] We have perused the undertaking submitted on behalf of the petitioners on 06/01/2025 by which they had undertaken to deposit an amount of Rs 10 lakhs by 25/01/2025. They have further stated that on failure to do so, they would handover possession of the aforesaid property to respondent no. 2.

3] Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits that the aforesaid amount has not been deposited by the petitioners. In view of the aforesaid, in terms of the petitioners' undertaking they would be BDP-SPS 1/2

2 20 WP-59-25 .doc required to handover vacant possession of the subject premises to the respondent no.2. It would be open for respondent nos. 1 and 2 to obtain possession of the aforesaid premises in terms of the undertaking. The writ petition stands dismissed.
