The Petitioner seeks compassionate appointment since his father passed away while in service, on 7th January, 2017. The Petitioner has applied for compassionate appointment vide the first application dated 29th June, 2018. Further applications were also filed in a period of about three years that followed. Until further orders, the Zilla Parishad would not appoint any candidate on compassionate basis, whose parent/bread earner has passed away after the passing of the Petitioner's father or who has applied after the Petitioner made his application. 4.
