The learned Advocate for the petitioner states that the reason for imposing personal liability on the petitioner appears to be that he has given benefit of reduction of loan despite issuance of 101 certificate, however, according to the petitioner, decision to reduce the amount was taken by entire Managing Committee and accordingly, entire Managing Committee ought to have been held personally liable for the loss caused to the Bank. 2.

Learned AGP to take instructions on this point from the authorized officer or the Registrar, within a period of two weeks from today.
