By consent of the parties, the impugned order dated 28th August 2024 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Konkan Division, Navi Mumbai on an application of condonation of delay for filing Revision Application No.72 of 2024, is quashed and set aside.

The Revision Application No.72 of 2024 is restored to the file of Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Konkan Division, Navi Mumbai.

3.

The Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Konkan Division, Navi Mumbai shall decide the revision application on merits.
