Being aggrieved by the order dated 21/10/2024, putting the Petitioner under suspension, contemplating departmental enquiry, a challenge is raised to the impugned order. 2.

It is the contention of Mr.Kapadnis that the suspension order is issued, without issuance of any notice. Since the impugned order is issued by Respondent No.4, we deem it appropriate to issue notice of the Petition to the Respondents. As far as Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are concerned, the service of notice is waived by learned A.G.P. Mrs.Vrishali Raje. Issue notice to Respondent Nos.3 to 6, by making it returnable on 14/02/2025.
