A categoric statement is made by the learned Advocate for the Corporation, on instructions from the Commissioner of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, that the copy of the complaint lodged by the victim, dated 29th August, 2022, has been served upon the Petitioner. However, he does not have the acknowledgment from the Petitioner to indicate today that the Corporation has served the copy of the complaint.

The above statement is recorded as a statement made to the Court. We, therefore, indicate that if the above statement turns out to be false, we would issue notice of perjury to the Commissioner of the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. 3.
The date of Complaint is 29th August, 2022. The impugned suspension order is dated 21st October, 2024. The chargesheet is issued on 17th February, 2025. 4.
The learned Advocate for the Corporation desires to file an affidavit-in-reply. Let such affidavit-in-reply be filed, on or before 21st March, 2025. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed, on or before 28th March, 2025 5.
List this Petition on 2nd April, 2025, in the urgent admissions category.

We record the statement of the learned Advocate for the Corporation, made on instructions, that whichever documents that the Petitioner has already demanded, vide his Application dated 24th February, 2025, they would be supplied to him, within 15 days in
