Both the learned counsel jointly make a request, that the order dated 12 January, 2024, which appointed two advocates viz. Mr.Rahul Kankaria and Mr.Siddharth Thakoor, for the purpose of conducting inventory; one of them i.e. advocate Mr.Rahul Kankaria is not available. Therefore, they have suggested name of advocate Ms.Aarti Balu Gharat to be appointed in place of advocate Mr.Rahul Kankaria to conduct the

Accordingly, the name of Mr.Rahul Kankaria is deleted and the name of Ms.Aarti Balu Gharat is replaced. 4.

Similarly in paragraph (4), last line the name 'Tile' should be deleted and replaced with the name 'Title'. 5.

In paragraph (2) it is mentioned that the report should be submitted by 19 January, 2024. In view that there is a replacement of name of the advocate for conducting inventory, the inventory report be submitted by 1 February, 2024. 6.

Rest of the order remains the same. The order dated 12 January, 2024 be corrected accordingly and the corrected order be uploaded as soon as possible.
