It is brought to our notice that Maha RERA by an order dated 24.11.2020 has resolved to delegate its powers under Section 40(1) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, so that, the Secretary, Maha RERA can additionally deal with the non compliance application, in accordance with law. 2.

Accordingly, liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Secretary, Maha RERA alleging the non compliance which is the Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:
