The Petitioners' Appeal, lodged on 2nd July, 2024, is pending before Respondent No.2.

The Government Resolution dated 27th March, 2024 grants six months' time to the said Authority to decide the pending Appeal. Respondent No.2 is not obeying the timeline of the Government Resolution of the State.

In view of the above, we direct Respondent No.2 to follow the due procedure laid down in the law and decide the said Appeal, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of 60 days from today.
