Since the issue involved in all the writ petitions, all petitions shall be disposed of by passing common order. The challenge in this petition is to an order passed by Permanent Lok Adalat directing Insurance Company to pay insurance claim amount and further directing interest @ 9% per month from the date of submission of complete application till 21.03.2022 and thereafter interest @ 15% per month on the said amount till the amount is credited in the bank account of the applicant. 2.

Learned Advocate for respondent No.2, on instructions, states that direction to pay interest @ 15% per month can be substituted as 15% per year. Accordingly, by consent of both parties, the interest @ 15% per month stated in Clause 2 of the order passed by Permanent Lok Adalat is substituted by interest @ 15% per year. With this modification all the writ petitions stand disposed of.
