On account of absence of existence of appellate authority, the petitioner has moved this petition on the ground that the petitioner's accounts are frozen for non-payment of provident fund dues.

Learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already deposited interest amount of Rs.93,84,720/-. He states that the petitioner is ready to deposit 50% of the amount provided reasonable period to deposit amount in installments. 3.

The petitioner shall, therefore, deposit 25% of balance amount within six weeks from today and balance 25% within eight weeks thereafter.

Until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (c) and (d).

It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to deposit the amount as stated, the ad-interim relief shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
