Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to amend the Writ Petition and challenge the order dated 18th October 2024 passed by the Family Court No. 4, Pune, on the Application (below Exhibit-211). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.

The Petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- in this Court to show his bonafides, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

List the matter on 4th August 2025.

Considering that the Petitioner is challenging the amount of maintenance directed to be paid from 30th October 2018 instead of from the date of application, there shall be a stay to the extent of arrears of maintenance subject to deposit of Rs.3,00,000/- before this Court.

It is made clear that the Petitioner shall continue to pay the maintenance of Rs.20,000/- per month as directed by the Family Court.

The Respondent is at liberty to file additional affidavit before the next date.
