Without delving into the aspect of the correctness of the grievances made in these Petitions, regarding the delay in the disposal of the Land Acquisition References, to advance the cause of substantive justice, Petitions stand allowed. 3.

Land Acquisition References Nos. 118 of 2015, 117 of 2015 and 134 of 2015 be heard and decided as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
