Learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners states on instructions that during pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioners have instituted a civil suit challenging the mutation entry challenging the order under Section 32G of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948, which is subject matter of proceedings giving rise to present writ petition. 2.

Therefore, by keeping all contentions raised in the writ petition open to be agitated in the civil suit, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.

The civil suit shall be decided in accordance with law uninfluenced by the disposal of the present writ petition. 4.
