Prima facie it appears that the person assigning rights in favour of respondent Nos.3 and 4 was not a member of the society. Moreover, respondent Nos.3 and 4 have filed suit for specific performance against the owner, society and the developer. 3.

Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (b-1) and (b-2) till 5 February 2024. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
