We are informed by Ms. Vyas, learned Additional Government Pleader, ASHVINI BAPPASAHEB KAKDE that, on the show causes notices in question, orders are passed and the Petitioners have not placed on record such orders. Mr. Rastogi, learned Counsel ASHVINI BAPPASAHEB KAKDE Date: 2024.01.08 12:37:59 +0530 for the Petitioner, submits that Petitioner could not lay their hands on these orders. This is being disputed by Ms. Vyas to submit that the orders are always available on the portal. Be that as it may, the rival contentions on this issue can be examined once the orders are placed on record. 5 January, 2024

Accordingly, leave to amend to place on record the orders passed on show cause notices. Reply Affidavit, if any, be filed on or before the adjourned date of hearing.
