Mr. Rastogi, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he would not be pressing for any relief in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of this petition. However, he will argue only on prayer clause (c). 2.

Further, Mr. Rastogi seeks leave to amend the petition to elaborate upon the grounds of challenge to the impugned orders. 3.

Leave is granted. Amendment to be carried out within a week and amended copy of the petition would be served upon the learned counsel for the Respondents.

Ms. Vyas states that if necessary, the Respondents would file response to the amended petition within two weeks of receiving the copy of the amended petition.
