Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

After we made our order dated 08 July 2025 and posted the matter today, Mr. Satyaprakash Sharma, learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, hands over the original Bank guarantee to Mr. Brijesh Pathak, learned Counsel for the Petitioner in the Court. Mr. Sharma states that this original Bank guarantee has been handed over to him by Ms. Sudha, the Appraiser of Customs, who is also present in the Court.

The original of the Bank guarantee in question is now accepted by Mr. Brijesh Pathak for an on behalf of the Petitioner.

Accordingly, this shall now constitute the return of the Bank Guarantee to the Petitioner without necessity of any further or formal communications.

Since the relief in this Petition was for return of the Bank guarantee and such Bank guarantee has now been returned, the Petition stands worked out.

6.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of without any order for costs.
