It is submitted by the learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners that the outcome of Writ Petition No.262 of 2024 would depend upon the view taken in Writ Petition No.11433 of 2019 filed by the present Petitioner. He submits that in the said writ petition, the Respondent No.1 is yet to file its reply.

In terms of the order dated 4th December 2023, the Petitioner has tendered Additional Affidavit in Writ Petition No.11433 of 2019, which is taken on record.

Time is granted to the Respondent No.1 in Writ Petition No.11433 of 2019 to file its Affidavit-in-reply by 24th January 2024. Rejoinder, if any, in the said writ petition be filed by 29th January 2024. 5.

Put up both the writ petitions on 7th February 2024 at 3.30 p.m. The learned counsel for the parties to circulate their short submissions in advance.

The writ petitions would be considered for final disposal, subject to convenience of the Court.
