Considering this is a pre-admission amendment, and does not change the nature of the Writ Petition, the draft amendments tendered to the Court are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Petitioner is permitted to carry out the amendments as per the draft handed in. The amendments are to be carried out within a period of one week from today. All the Respondents, including the newly added Respondents, shall be served with the amended copy of the Petition immediately thereafter. 3.
