Mr. Shah states that though an oral assurance was given by the counsel for respondents not to proceed with the hearing of the show cause notice, an order dated 18th June 2024 has been passed by respondent no.5. Mr. Shah tenders draft amendment to the petition which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Leave to amend as per the draft tendered is granted.

Amendment to be carried out and amended petition to be served by 29th June 2024.

Mr. Mishra in fairness stated that counsel had assured the Court that respondent no.5 will not go ahead with the personal hearing, but as there was no order of stay passed by the Court and the time to complete adjudication was expiring on 19th June 2024, respondent no.5 had no option but to pass the order. Mr. Mishra states that it was not due to any disrespect to the Court or to harass petitioner. We are not going into these aspects since that is not really material to decide the petition. At the same time, respondents are restrained from acting on the impugned order dated 18th June 2024.

Affidavit-in-reply to the petition as amended shall be filed and copy served on or before 20th July 2024. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed and copy served by 12:00 noon on 26th July 2024.

No further steps to be taken by respondents until further orders.
