Learned counsel for the parties agree that the issue involved in these Petitions stand covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Hikal Limited And Ors. V/s. Union of India And Ors.1, delivered by us on 11 September 2025. 3.

Accordingly, by following the reasoning therein, we allow these Petitions and set aside the impugned Show Cause Notices, Orders-in-Original and Orders-in-Appeal, which are the subject matter of these Petitions.

The Rule is made absolute in the above terms in all these Petitions.
