The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner submits that since the Petitioner has already made a Representation dated 17th November, 2022, the same be decided on its own merits. The learned Advocate has further pointed out old representation which dates back to the year 2001 (copy not placed on record). We are not calling the Authorities to deal with the this representation considering that it is a stale representation which is 23 years old. Suffice it to state that, the Authorities would consider the representation dated 17th November, 2022 on its own merits, and preferably within a period of 45 days.
