Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Dr Kantawala, based on instructions from the Petitioners whose Directors are present in the Court today, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to institute two Appeals against the impugned orders. He states that such Appeals will be instituted within four weeks from today.

Accordingly, we grant leave with liberty as prayed for. If the Appeals are indeed instituted within four weeks from today after complying with all legal requirements, then, the Appellate Authority must dispose of such Appeals on their own merits and in accordance with law without adverting to

901.WP.314-2024.DOCX the issue of limitation. This is because the Petitioners were bonafide pursuing this Petition before the Court till today. 4.

All parties' contentions are left open to be decided by the Appellate Authority.

This Petition is disposed of with liberty in the above terms. There shall be no order for costs.
