"(d) That pending the hearing and final disposal of the petition, the respondents and their sub-ordinate officers may be directed to not take steps to implement/enforce the impugned order dated 25.01.2024 issued by the 2nd respondent, Exhibit "O". WRIT PETITION NO.314 OF 2024 Mr. Adik states reply is filed. Dr. Kantawalla states he does not wish to file any rejoinder. Petitioner has made out a prima facie case in the facts and circumstances of the matter.

Stand over to 26th August 2024, on which date the court may attempt to dispose the petition at the admission stage itself. Until 30th September 2024, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d), which reads as under:
