Mr. Thakar learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions states that after the institution of this Petition, refund of Rs.14,33,067/- has prayed for by the Petitioner in prayer clause "a" has been granted. However, he submits that for no apparent reason, interest has not been paid. 2.

Mr.Chandrashekhar, learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 3 seeks some time to obtain instructions on the issue of interest.

Accordingly, we dismiss the matter on 05 August 2025 for final disposal at the admission stage.
