The petitioners claim to be tribals. Their lands have been affected due to submergence in Sarangkheda Project. The petitioners, therefore, made a grievance before the Collector, Dhule. It appears that, respondents have purchased the land belonging to the petitioners. The transfer of tribal land, without permission is said to be void. It is informed that the Additional Collector, Dhule has directed the Additional Tahsildar, Dondaicha, District Nandurbar to make inquiry into the issue and decide the same. 3.

The parties agree that they would appear before the Tahsildar, Dondaicha, who shall give them full hearing and then pass

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the Additional Tahsildar, Dondaicha to hear the parties namely the petitioner and the respondents/purchasers and decide the issue on its own merits and even uninfluenced by this order. 5.

Till the decision of the Tahsildar, Dondaicha is made, and for the next two weeks thereafter, the ad-interim order passed in this Writ Petition regarding non-disbursement of the compensation amount to remain in force.
