Mr. Harshal Mule, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the impugned order in this Writ Petition is the order dated 4th December 2024 passed by the learned District Judge, Pune, below Exhibit-5 in Regular Civil Appeal No.227 of 2024. He submits that however, the said Regular Civil Appeal No.227 of 2024 has been finally disposed of and therefore the Writ Petition has become infructuous. He therefore, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
