Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The challenge in this petition is to an order passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jath, District Sangli, in a Final Decree proceeding No.2 of 2019, whereby the objections raised by the petitioner - Judgment Debtor to the execution of the decree have been rejected. The principal objection seems to be to the report of the commission appointed by the Court to partition the property. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to an order dated 21st October, 2024, passed by the Executing Court, the decree has already been executed and the petitioner dispossessed.

In view of the aforesaid development, at this stage, there is no propriety in entertaining this petition. 5.

Keeping open the remedies, which the petitioner may have in law, the petition stands dismissed.
