Mr. Patel, Additional Government Pleader has tendered affidavit on behalf of the State Government. Mr. Patil, learned counsel for respondent No.4 states that his affidavit is already placed on record. As the State's affidavit is served on the advocate for the petitioner in Court, he seeks time to take instructions. Accordingly, at his request, stand over to 1 August 2024 (HOB). No further adjournment. 2.

In the meantime without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, it will be open for respondent No.4 and the petitioners to explore the possibility of settlement so that an agreement can be entered between the parties, failing which necessarily the SLAO would be required to proceed and published an award in respect of which we pass appropriate orders on the adjourned date of hearing.
