Pursuant to the order dated 16.01.2025, the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions from the District Social Welfare Officer, Zilha Parishad Solapur, submits that a complete proposal with regard to sanction of posts at the Institution being run by the Petitioner has not been received by the said Office. He further submits that if such complete proposal received, the Office of the District Social Welfare Officer would consider the same within a period of four weeks and submit its report.

In view of the aforesaid, the following directions are issued :- (i) Within a period of two weeks from today, the Petitioner shall submit its complete proposal with all relevant documents in the office of the District Social Welfare Officer, Zilla Parishad Sneha Chavan 1/2

(ii) On receiving the complete proposal, the said office shall examine it in accordance with Rules within a period of four weeks of its receipt. It shall thereafter forward the proposal to the State Government, if all compliance is made.
(iii) The Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, Mantralaya shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of two months from receiving the same.
