Learned Advocate for the petitioner, after arguing the writ petition for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to adopt statutory remedy of revision application under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

However, he states that to enable him to file revision application, the ad-interim relief granted by this Court be continued for a period of two weeks from today. 3.

Since this Court by order dated 10 June 2025 granted adinterim relief, which is in force till today, only for that reason this

Continuation of ad-interim relief shall not be construed as reflection on merits of the matter.

All contentions raised by both sides are kept open to be agitated before the revisional authority.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to adopt statutory remedy of revision application. 7.

The interim application does not survive, and the same stands disposed of as infructuous.
