CORAM
: AMIT BORKAR, J.
DATED : MARCH 17, 2025 P.C.:
1.
The respondent No.10, by the impugned order, has condoned delay in filing revision application. Considering the cause shown in the application for condonation of delay, in my opinion, delay of 57 days has rightly been condoned by the respondent No.10. However, petitioner is at liberty to contend that review application filed by the respondents is not maintainable in view of liberty granted in paragraph 7(iv) in Writ Petition No.10425 of 2023. 2.
The Revisional Authority shall decide the issue of maintainability of revision application first, and then, shall proceed to decide the merits of revision application.

With this clarification, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
