This petition is by the wife whose application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act was allowed by the learned trial court by order dated 27-06-2022 directing the husband to pay Rs.5000/- per month towards interim maintenance.

In Misc. Application the learned District Judge, granted stay to the impugned order till final decision of the appeal in view of depositing Rs.25000/- towards arrears by

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the amount of arrears is more than Rs.1,50,000/- and still stay is granted on depositing meager amount.
