The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent/husband is avoiding service, though he appears before the trial Court. The learned counsel has produced the service report showing that addressee left without instructions. The learned counsel also submits that in the trial Court the advocate for the respondent has refused to accept the notice on behalf of respondent.

Considering the above submissions, the proceedings before the Trial Court bearing HMP No. 95/2020 would remain stayed till the next date. 3.

Liberty is granted to serve the respondent before the Court as and when he appears.
