Heard the learned counsel appearing for parties. 2.

After considering the submissions canvassed by the learned counsel appearing for parties, I am not inclined to interfere in the order dated 28 August 2024, which appears to have been correctly passed. In fact the order dated 23 August 2024 was erroneously passed without even taking note of the fact that the Petitioner had conducted inspection on 18 August 2024 and had collected copies of 1196 pages after paying amount of Rs.5,980/-.

Though this Court is not inclined to entertain this Petition, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2-Society would fairly submit that in the event the Petitioner is desirous of seeking copies of any additional documents, Respondent No.2Society is willing to provide copies thereof on payment of charges by the Petitioner.
