On 13 January 2025 the hearing of the Petition was deferred after noticing filing of Vakalatnama by Advocate Adarsh N. Mishra. Mr. Pawar, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners would submit that copy of the Petition has been served on Mr. Mishra. However, today again Mr. Mishra is not present for Respondent No.1/a and 1/b. It appears that Mr. Mishra has filed Caveat on behalf of Respondent Nos.1/a and 1/b and has been duly served with copy of the Petition. However, on account of absence of Mr. Mishra, hearing of the Petition cannot proceed further.

Mr. Pawar would submit that Respondent Nos.1/a and 1/b have filed Appeal before the Deputy Director of Land Records katkam Page No.

k 2/2 911 wp 471.25 as.doc challenging the order dated 7 June 2024 and that the Appellate Authority is likely to proceed ahead with hearing of the Appeal and to decide the same by getting influenced by the order passed by the learned Minister on 14 October 2024.

List the Petition on 25 February 2025..

In that view of the matter, the Deputy Director of Land Records shall adjourn the proceedings of Appeal before him till the next date of hearing.
