The above Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:- "

that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, ordering and directing the Respondents by themselves, their officers, subordinates, servants and agents to forthwith sanction and grant interest of Rs.22,96,405/- in compliance of Order-in-Appeal dated 05.10.2023 passed by the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals)."

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner states that after the filing of the aforesaid Writ Petition, the interest has already been paid by the Respondent and, therefore, he has received written instructions from the Petitioner to withdraw the above Writ Petition. The written instructions dated 3rd February, 2025 are also tendered to the Court which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 4.

In light of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives in the above Writ Petition and the same is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 5.
