The learned GP undertakes to file affidavit-in-reply in all these matters within a week, inter alia, providing the details and making a statement as to if, pursuant to the enquiry conducted by the committees, those teachers whose appointments have been found to be genuine are being paid their salary, or otherwise, with all the particulars.

It is being pointed out that by an administrative order, the Hon'ble the Chief Justice has clubbed the writ petitions pending at this bench with several writ petitions from the Nagpur bench, with a further direction to place all those before the division bench as per roster at Aurangabad. However, the Nagpur writ petitions have not been physically transferred to this bench. The Registrar (Judicial) to personally look into the matter and take appropriate steps immediately.

Learned GP submits that, apart from the matters which are to be clubbed pursuant to the administrative order passed by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, there are many more such matters which need to be heard together with matters which are appearing on the cause list today. He undertakes to furnish a list of those matters. All these matters shall also be placed together with these matters on the next date, according to the roster, in respect of the matters which otherwise pertain to another division bench as per the roster. The Government Pleader may take appropriate steps on the administrative side for clubbing of all these matters. 5.
