Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner invited our attention to the order dated 24th February 2025 passed by this Court. However, in view of subsequent events, on instructions, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty.

Learned Counsel further pointed out that Change Report has now been iled before the Assistant Charity Commissioner under the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act. It is requested that after the objections are iled, Change Report be decided expeditiously. Patil-SR 1 of

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we request the Assistant Charity Commissioner to decide the Change Report, after the objections are iled, as expeditiously as possible bearing in mind the statutory prescription in deciding such matters. 5.
