1) Considering the fact that the order dated 14 October 2024 passed by the learned Minister (Co-operation) contemplates remand of the proceedings before the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai-2 who would be in a position to decide the proceedings for subdivision of the Petitioner-Society under Section 18 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (the Act) de-novo, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. It is clarified that the District Deputy Registrar shall not be influenced by any of the observations made by either the Deputy Registrar, the Divisional Joint Registrar or by the learned Minister while conducting a fresh ___________________________________________________________________________ Page No.
