In addition to the Court notice, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent no.1 and the added respondent by all permissible modes and place on record affidavit of service before the returnable date.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 waives service on behalf of the Regional Passport Office, Pune who shall take instructions and shall place on record a reply affidavit, if so desired on or before the returnable date. 4.
