1) The Petition challenges order dated 17 September 2024 passed by the Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal-2, Mumbai to the extent of grant of conditional stay on the effect and operation of order passed under Section 7 of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 on condition of deposit of 25% of the total amount. Mr. Damle, the learned senior advocate appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, would submit that if a reasonable time is granted by this Court the Petitioner shall comply with the condition of deposit of 20% total amount assist under the order and would no longer press the MANE SONALI DILIP challenge to the order dated 17 September 2024. In the event of Petitioner depositing 20% of the assessed amount on or before 31 March 2025, the stay granted by CGIT to the effect and operation of the order shall continue to operate till disposal of the Appeal. 3) In the event, there is failure on the part of the Petitioner to deposit the amount within the stipulated time, the Respondents would be at liberty to implement the assessment order. For the purpose of enabling the Petitioner to make deposit of the amount as directed above, the Respondent shall lift the freeze/ attachment imposed of the account of the Petitioner till 31 March 2025.

4) With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
