By this Petition, Petitioners seek to challenge order dated 17 January 2022 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, rejecting the application for condonation of delay in filing the Revision Application. The Revision Application itself was filed after delay of 10 years as the same sought to question correctness of the recovery certificate issued on 30 March 2010. After the application for condonation of delay was rejected on 17 January 2022, Petitioners again slept over the issue and have filed the present Petition on 11 November 2024. There is absolutely no justification for delay of almost three years in filing the present Petition. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition, Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
